Anyway, he's taking the piss about the 99 without a flake. A 69 is infact a flake in icecream without the cone.. Basically it gets messy, you get 'stuff' allover your chin, and because it gets in your ears and eyes, you can't see much, and you'll be unable to hear the radio, or your mam walking up the stairs with your cocoa.
