Anyone know of a good reliable site to download full movies to your desktop?

I don't want to go down the posting route and of all the one's I've tried (streaming sites that offer some download service) they haven't been great.

I don't mind paying I just don't want to wait a week for a wank!

Knowing what we know about American extra-territorial application of laws, such as 2257, do these have any binding on those of us not fortunate enough to live in 'the land of the free (c)'?
