I'll be ultra honest if tactful.
They were fine to start with.
They do *look* enchanced. Is that the point? Am I missing the reason behind the op?
I hope Sandie's happy with them, however.

Sandie's new boobs look really great. I, like probably most on this board, would have a preference for natural but Sandie's look really good.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Sandie is reminiscent of Linzi Drew in her prime (always a good thing in my humble opinon)??

the point of my op was actually to remove a fibroid lump. however the lump was in my smaller boob so would have left me looking even wonkier that i was to start with so i had some realignment surgery done at the same time.

i did ask for them to be made 1 size bigger too.
they are abit bigger than id originally hoped for but i am really very very happy with the results.

i look at old pics of me and really cant belive how small they were before.
that was never an issue but if i had to have surgery anyway then i might aswell make the most of it and make a few modifications.
