Government to Ban Violent porn

Just saw on the news that the government is set to ban violent porn images and the penalty for having them is up to three years.

Now this raises a few of questions.

For one how exactly would they define violent porn? Is stuff like gagging or slapping likely to come under the same category as simulated rape and things like that?

And should they even ban this form of porn? It doesnt not appeal to me, but if they people in the shoots are happy with doing them then what is the problem?

What do you all think?

I can hear it already:

Yes m'lud, he penetrated her mouth with his big ahem thing which was so big it broke her teeth which the said plaintiff choked on and had to be saved by the Heimlich maneouvre.

I guess its back to the days of slow motion and soft focus mills and boon loving type sex scenes then?
