Are you sure they took your money? Check your credit card. Until the magazine is sent Alec doesn't usually take the money. He might not have been able to find the mag.

I've used them before and they've been fine but couldn't find the magazine once so they didn't take the credit card payment.

Contact the website via the "Email Jobby" button, and they will sort it, I have no doubt.
