Mr Jardon,
I answered this very query in the item that you posted in this Forum on Friday last about not receiving brochures. I repeat, we do NOT ignore any emails of any kind.
In my Friday post I gave you my personal email address to contact me to process your deletion from the postal mailing list. You accordingly emailed me on Saturday, and your email for some reason had an unknown attachment to it that wa sflagged as a virus..
I replied to you on Saturday and explained that, as company policy, my staff are instructed never to open emails with unknown attachments present. I am surprised, after my explanation, that you did not consider this could be the explanation for non reply to emails.
Instead of emailing me again personally, you have again chosen to post in the Forum, which makes your actions sound more like a personal attack on my company.
You also keep insisting that you have never bought from us. If you would like, I can let you know the dvd and date that you made the purchase. I repeat, we do not send out mailings to anyone who has not made a purchase from us.
Again, may I request that if you have any gripe with my company, to email me at support@simplythebestdvd.com, rather than posting. Other Forum readers must be bored to tears with this!
You also need to sort out your emails and try to find out why there are unknown attachments present.
