Just thought I'd let off some steam and complain about the lack of adult paysites that accept UK debit cards.

Don't people realise that there's a massive market share staring them right at them?!!

I can't be the only single guy who can no longer get a credit card,and as I'm single I am free to join adult sites.


So come on webmasters/site owners stop this discrimination and LET US IN !!!!

I think its more a case of UK Card processors DONT LIKE PORN, so they cant really accept them.

Many sites used to accept UK debit cards via www.nochex.com but as from 15 Feb 2006 Nochex stopped processing for adult content. At the moment there are very few other options for accepting UK debit cards.

I think we'd all love to accept debit cards. When CCBill came over and held a party last year we complained to them about them not accepting debit cards. They said they were going to set up debit card payment soon - but it hasn't happened yet.....

what does being a "single guy" have to do with your status as a credit card holder or not? Single guys CAN apply for credit cards, single guys DO get credit cards issued to them... I'm very puzzled by this statement - or have I misunderstood?

I accept debit cards. In fact I almost accept anything. That's probably because I've got no class.

I've only ever used a debit card and have never had any problems. I currently belong to 3 sites and occasionally buy DVD's online (most months).

I'm not sure but does a vendor know if the number given is a debit or credit card? (I think not)
I have always been under the belief that 'if you have money in the bank' - then no problems.
