got a dvd from them last week, case was completly battered and disc scratched, have emailed them but no response, any idea's, this is a first for me, have ordered quite a few from them over the years and this is the first one i have had a problem with.

One company you can vouch for with customer service is Your Choice....let em know and I'm sure they'll help you out....Sounds like your dvd was doing th rounds at the local sorting office....LOL

Johnny, did you use the aol email listed in your profile here?
AOL has a nasty habit of putting our email in the spambox, they think every email from an adult company is spam!
So check in your spambox and if there is no reply there, send your original email again to webmaster@yourchoice.co.uk and I'll take care of it.

yeah i did, well my partner used her's, nothing in the spam box, is gmail ok? i have an addy with them?

hey one eyed, i work for Royal mail, i wont have that talk on here. Seriously though every now and then packages and letters do get damaged. Like one eye said normally your choice are pretty good, just one of those things i guess.
