Has anyone dealt with this company.I ordered a dvd from and have zilch,have sent them 2 e-mails with no response.

Would be interested if anyone else is having probs with them.

My records show this about your order:-

19.12.05 emailed as wanted to send order to diff add and diff name. 04.01.06 no reply to email so cancelled order. 6.1.06 Order query - emailed again informed him order cancelled.

In other words you requested your order to be sent to a completely different name and address to that on your card. We emailed you twice on this, but got no reply from you. We therefore cancelled your order - and your card was NOT charged.

If you have an AOL email address, you may not have received our emails. AOL blocks and destroys many emails that come from adult sites - they do not even bounce them back to us as undelivered.

If you do therefore have an AOL address, then please email us from a different email address, and you will then receive our replies.

I stress though, that your credit card has NOT been charged with anything, so it is not therefore surprising that you have not received your order.
