Anybody else having problems getting dvds from them? Sent them 2 or 3 emails chasing stuff and not had a reply.

Have to honest Eddie I've bought a number of dvd's from Blissbox and never had a problem yet.

Better still I've found them really helpful they even obtain rare Dvd's that you can't always get.

I'd suggest you actually email them and tell them what your problem is.

They have never not replied to anything I've asked.

Ive had no Problems with then just if a dvd goes out of stock you might have to wait up to a 30 days to get them other than that ive found them very good

Ordered a few from there (because they still take switch/maestro) and there has been no problems.

The only complaint I have with their ordering system is that there is no way to cancel an order!
