PBTV broken promises

PBTV have written to my home asking me if I want one of thier crappy black cards, I was thinking about subscribing to pbtv online when my subscription to the TAC package ran out, but now the bastards have mailed my home without invitation. Why on earth would i want to subscribe to more channels and web sites when they cant produce something as simple as a webpage/document to tell you whats on.
next rant is that richard whats-his-face from pbtv hinted on the BGAFD forum some time ago that subscribers to TAC package would recieve pbtv online as part of the package for free, well now i see it is availble - but for at least ?20 extra a month! showing contempt for your customers again richard...great customer service
