Violet Storm is definitely British. The series is on TVX and is by Phil MCavity. Two episodes are included in h/c versions on his R18 release Violet Storm McCavity's UK Pornstars 1 or similar. One scene is a lesbian one with Chloe [6] if I've got the number right from memory. The other is a threesome with two blokes. There are two other scenes in the magazine of the same title and there is also a Video CD containing some of this stuff. All available from licensed sex shops.
