Where can I get consumer complaint help?

Hi,
I live in Canada and in the past have ordered from various places but mainly through Fiona Cooper. It takes ages for the stuff to arrive if it is in any large quantity so when there is a mistake, it is even more aggravating.
Recently I have e-mailed to FC many times but got no answer as to when they will replace my missing or defective dvds. I know they supposedly have undergone a change but I cannot see why they have not at least replied. I can't understand this as they had good service in the past for resolving issues.
Is there consumer help group in the U.K., which can help, resolve these problems? Can anyone here help out in regards to FC? Maybe they are listening?
