last week i asked for some information on donna ambrose and the movie paris tapes,i got quite a response people asking for a copy to swap or wanted to buy the movie.I am willing to do people acopy i just need some advice can i get into trouuble for swapping or selling a film to any body,copyright and all that stuff ,its just that i dont know the rules you know what its like living in the u.k.Im just a law abiding citizen thanks..fred

Of course it's an infringement of copyright, but then
a) it was illegal to sell you the tape in the first place in the UK,
b) it was probably a ripped off copy you got anyway,
c) the tape probably isn't being sold by anyone else at the moment.
These points may salve your conscience though they are probably irrelevant legally speaking.

Since the tape is uncertificated it is illegal for you to sell a copy anyway.

I'm just pointing out the facts here, not making any judgements.
