Me neither. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Put password and user exactly as they appear in the e-mail. 'Incorrect user'. What was their advice? 'Don't leave any spaces when you cut and paste.' Perhaps not the sharpest tools in the box.

Nice little earner if everytime failed attempt to acquire the drm licence reduces your prepaid tokens without your knowledge
