I have recently watched sportxxxbabes. How is it that this channel can show close ups of spread pussies,finger and dildo insertions etc. while other channels dont seem to get away with it. Programs like sxtv live would be the perfect opportunity.
Has sportxxx left the competition behind or is it simply a matter of time before the censors tell them to stop.
Or have the laws been relaxed and the other channels just havent got theyre acts together?

The existing regulation that Ofcom inherited from the ITC (more than 18 but less than R18) is a total nonsense and is interpreted differently by different broadcasters. Some push the boundaries a little more than others although to be frank there is not a lot to choose between many of them.

The Ofcom public consultation over broadcasting standards finished on the 5th of October and the new broadcasting code is expected to be announced at the end of next January. As the law changed last year and replaced taste and decency with generaly accepted standards it is expected that Ofcom will degregulate and permit R18 content on PIN protected subscription channels next year.
