What is the typical, or requested/prefered, Physique of the Studs in the business, are they all Super-fit Athletes, or anything like the guy-next-door?

I'm interested in this industry, but still having problems trying to lose enough weight.

No need to be a superstud, I'm not, but can't be fat. Gets in the way of the camera angles.
