I remember seeing (some years ago) on the Sky adult channels a Ben Dover episode that involved picking up a girl working on a hot-dog (?) stand.

What I think the original poster was talking about is a scene in the softcore "Little Smart Arses" (not listed here and a completely different film from Ben Dover's Little Smart Asses - what a difference one letter makes).
