It means "Mothers I'd like to fuck" - basically implying that she is a "mature" actress/model. Idiotic and insulting term in the first place and the fact that you see some morons even applying it to someone like Alicia Rhodes just goes to show how meaningless it is. It seems anyone who is not a "teen" is "mature" or a "MILF". I guess its more a sign of the immaturity of the guys making these terms up.

It's just marketting.

Just like most "teen" models are older than 19 so a lot of MILF's wont really be mothers (or even that much older).

The simplest form of protest is don't give lazy content providers or video producers your money.

Not that I want to deny Alicia any work, it's always a pleasure to see her.
