Emma, were the shots part of a paid job for which you signed a full model release? (Or have they been 'borrowed' from your web site?)

If you did the job with a photographer, then they may have no reason to remove the pics as they have paid the photographer for them. If not, then I suspect they should be removed within a short time frame, 7 days at most
