I think you should do tfp since you dont have any good pictures it'll help photographers to give you work and get a good portfolio so people will want to work with you, a website would also be a good idea.. TFP isnt shit or crappy its a good way of helping you get good pictures for people to give you work.. You cant start straight away getting in magazines you have to work your way up (unless you get scouted etc) and TFP is a good way with an online portfolio to do this. Also advertise on model registers and online free portfolio sites

'I mean good pay' whats good pay? The most you'll get paid is fiona cooper ?500 a day in yorshire travel included in the 500... you wont get more then that a day! Especially as a newcomer

Good advice indeed Emma! I really don;t know where these new young "would-be"models get the idea that they can show a few amateur snaps of themselves and expect photogprahers to fall over themselves to pay them mega bucks!! We all know what the normal hourly rate is for the kind of work she wants to do and it sure doesn;t add up to the kind of money she seems to be expecting!

She refuses to do tfp so shes only stopping herself from getting better pics for photographers to go falling over themselves to snap her up!

All new models need to do tfp if they don't have a portfolio... I suggest you take a look at where even top Page 3 photographer Alan Strutt is a member and posts looking for new faces.

There are also a few photofraphers from the BGAFD who have portfolios there plus one or two well known adult models

The girl is right if she only wants to work with professionals, I would prefer a girl who has done nothing and so would any other photographer as she is easier to sell, once she has been around the circuit then it will matter for her to get portfoilio web-site etc. Then TFP works great as she gets stuff as you girls point out for a web-site. If she is any good and I have not even looked at her yahoo yet then don't do a single photo for anyone unless she get paid. Going rate for a brand new face up to mens mag no more than 200-250 a day.If I offered to shoot her for Fast car eg thats all we would pay. But I have a que of about 300 girls who will do FC for free.

Well I have a dingy bedsit in Wolverhampton, 3 bottles of 'concord' (rose') and some woodbines, and a ?30 casio digital camera, and there not queing up for me!
