Problems With RGB Productions

Has anyone had problems ordering from the UK adult video/dvd mail-
order supplier RGB Productions?
I've been trying to order a dvd but
the cheques dont seem to be getting
through to them.I had to cancel the
first one after they said it never
arrived,and the replacement sent by
recorded delivery over a month ago
seems to have got lost/stolen too.
I wrote enclosing an SAE on 29th
July asking why it had not been cashed,
so far no reply.
