I have 5 items outstanding! (3 have arrived)

Q1. What can we do to either 1. get our money back , 2. get the goods resent or 3. stop others being burned ?

Suggestions please.

I presume that you've asked them where the other tapes are and not got a reply.

If you've paid by Credit Card speak to your Credit Card company. If goods are paid for by Credit Card and are then not received you can claim a refund from your Credit Card company. There is usually a clause in the terms and conditions which attempts to restrict claims to amounts over ?100 (or some such other figure) but it's my belief that you can 'push' reputable Credit Card companies into taking on lower figures.

Most Credit Card companies these days have a black list of companies to be wary of - premium rate telephone sex services spring to mind - and usually try to contact you, the customer, if any out of the ordinary or suspect debit requests are received.

If you've paid by cheque speak to Trading Standards who might be able to help - bearing in mind that the source and destination locations are both within the European Community.

And, most important, E-Mail Vidshop and tell them what you're doing. It might encourage them to come up with the goods.
