Dont Nochex just process UK transactions?

Yes NoChex just process within the UK via your switch or other debit card, so no use for overseas punters.

PayPal is a no-no purely because if you have say ?50 sitting in your PayPal and they freeze it, you will loose it as the terms and conditions changed last March I belive, and not to be used for adult content.

CCBIL or Verotel are the only ones for you, unless you have a merchant account but shouldn't you have checked all this before you launched the site ??
