Tomsk,

Your current catfight with NeilUK has to be the most amusing thing that`s going on on this site as present !!!

Please keep it up, it reminds me of a quote made by a diplomat at the UN during the 1982 Falklands War.

He said "The conflict between Great Britain & Argentina reminds me of two bald men fighting over the use of the comb".

Keep up the good work boys !!!

"can you please invest in a life"

"I will email your sponsors on that page, 2 being ccbill and the other pornstarbucks and ask them if they are cool with that traffic. I will then email http://www.britneyspears.com and ask them how you got to have the rights to those pictures to promote porn programs and see what they say."

So which one of you is it that needs to get a life?

As much as Tomsk is a one-legged, drunken, Nazi-suit wearing ginger Scottish spammer :), I do believe his instincts are completely right in this instance. One of the pics has a URL for 'femalestars.cjb.net' already superimposed on it, before NeilUK has added his own site address, plus there are scans of the Daily Sport as well. True, many of the shots of Ms.Spears are 'candids', but there are a lot there that aren't.

If NeilUK is actually buying his content legitimately, then it wouldn't have other folk's URLs plastered all over it....if he was just lifting it off of someone else's site, it would have.

Also, the scans of The Sport are obviously not licenced either, and I for one wouldn't want to give Mr.Sullivan and Co. a reason to sue my arse off....I think you will find that the argument of 'public domain' holds very little water in court.

As Tomsk has already pointed out, affiliate programs also take a very dim view of people using other content to sell their sites (as it leads to complaints from people who were 'duped' into joining by content that was promised but not there) as much as they do of people using their content to sell other, non-affiliated sites.

Selling CD's of unlicenced/unauthorised content is also just asking for trouble in my opinion, and the number of different claimants from a 100 image CD could be pretty large, not to mention bank balance busting!

Neil has already admitted to being tricked by someone purporting to be a model and using someone else's pictures as their own, so I think it is safe to say that he is not keeping to the letter of the law vis a vis checking the ownership rights of internet content...it's all very well and good saying you have permission from the people involved (if they are in fact the people involved, and not just some lonely tosser who likes to go online and pretend he's Lucy Pinder or Michelle Marsh), but as the saying goes 'An oral contract is not worth the paper it's written on', and that goes double in a court of law.

Sorry Neil, but I'm afraid Tomsk has you bang to rights on this one....
