If you've been on their mailing list for 15 years how reliable are they? Is their stuff high quality? I've not ordered from them before, though I've had a couple of mailshots, but been thinking of using them. Would you recommend?

Over the years I've purchased 107 video's from them. Of that I only received one poor quality video and they replaced that immediately I complained. Never had a video not turn up - although sometimes they're a bit slow sending them.
Good quality stuff, both video quality and content, as BIGfan says.
