firstly id like to start on a positvie point and say thanks very much to the sandie jason and mike for organising the industry meeting yesterday and we did have a good turn out and it was great to see which people really thought it important to turn up and have a say in the way our industy is regualted

hope i didnt offend anyone im very passionate about the subject and was glad i could be there to put my point across

but lastley i want to say i was really dissapointed that alot of agents producers and big name talent who this couldeffe cted or the discisons made by the grouop will effect wernt there to have a say i think its really bad some people coulkdnt make it as i would have been interested to see what they had to say during the meeting

i hope what was discussed yesterday will be the start of a new safer working situation for us all and that at the next meeting there will be twice the amount of people that were there yesterday

kisssss alicia rhodes

After an initial contact from JFT, I heard nothing more and was not even informed of the venue.

Likewise alhough I would in no way be considered UK's major talent, time and place were rather lacking!

Hi Alicar

Sorry me & john couldn't make it we also had work on, we did e-mail Sandie
& asked her to represent us in our absence. Will a memo of the meeting be available for viewing? anyway glad it all went alright & we hope to make the next one.

Makes you proud to be British doesn't it.

Some of the biggest pro/am producers and stars unable to attend either because they were too busy working or because the so called organisers failed to email anyone to say where and when it was going to be.

Good to see the potential risk to our industry was so important to everyone.

With JFT I would comment something along the lines of organisation and wrestling their way out of a paper sack but why is it that when no one got any emails it wasn't picked up and the other people organising this didn't make sure everyone knew some other way? No point having a trade meeting if its location is a trade secret.

shame you didn't invite people who should have been there - I didnt even get the e-mail. I know a model who got it that has been retired for over 5 years and NEVER did hardcore, or even insertion work!!!

Do any of the people involved have any background with HIV sufferers, or have experience in the medical profession?

There was an invite? hell I was just complaining because (like many others) I never got a reply from JFT to my email...you mean I never got invited either!

yes there was an e-mail sent out. I know nothing about any of this except what the model told me - she trashed the mail as she hasn't been involved in modelling for years
