Do
http://www.dr-bluessexshop.com send out from within the UK or do they send out from outside the UK, can you send cash/postal order instead of a cc and what are they like for service/delivery times?

Have a look at the reviews on the BGAFD, you will see that they are very good and they deal with orders same day.
Who cares where they send from as long as you get them! Which you do. No you can only buy on line.
