Morally speaking I think there is a fine line between underage girls and girls who look underage. Personally I'd steer well clear of such sites even though the girls are of legal age. (Having teenage daughters gives me this attitude).

If you have ANY reservations or doubts, then steer well clear. Teens do nothing for me, so I have no desire to download any sites.

The police are so intent on catching paedophiles that it would not be surprising if they took a close look at subscribers to sites that portray girls that look underage even though they are not.

I agree with Frank although I do have some sympathy with joe king's remark. This area is a minefield. My memory may be playing tricks with me but wasn't there a case in the 1990's where someone was convicted of distributing indecent images of children even though it was accepted by the prosecution that the images were of adult models electronically altered to look like children. I believe the Court of Appeal upheld the conviction.

I agree entirely here. There's too much of sites trying to blur these bondaries - OK so legally they are over the age. But if you pick girls with flat chests - dress them in girly frocks and pigtails, have them sucking lolipops and shave their pubes your bound to end up with some pillock who can't recognise that boundary in real life that thinks its a green light to cross it.
