The brochures look promising and the prices to, but are the products any good?

I'm warming to buying Number 20- does anyone have this and can provide a quick overview/opinion on it or indeed any of the other titles from the catalogue?

also, how good/bad is the delivery/customer service?

I recently bought no's 32 and 33 featuring the lovely Candice. The service was fast and the quality of the vido excellent. DVD's offered too.
