Apologies for bothering the forum with this, but been having problems logging into this site since last Saturday (it suddenly won't accept my user name & password). I've tried e-mailing them on their "webmaster@" address (twice - mail bounced back both times) & also mailed CCBill customer services but no reply from them.

Just wondered if anyone here has been having the same problem and/or can shed any light as it's starting to smell like a scam

thanks steve - sorry to have had to raise this in public, as it were, but got a bit frustrated when i couldn't get through to you guys by e-mail.

When you say you have *had* some down time this week, is the site back up now? Only ask, cos it's still not letting me in (and hasn't done since last saturday)

First of all apologies for the downtime. Steve is right, we have just changed server and are having some slight problems with the disk quota's. What has happened is that since the upgrade the disk quotas have become full and it has wiped out the .htpassword file which is why you cannot login.
Once the quota's have been adjusted CCBill will rebuild this file. Please be assured i am doing all i can to get this problem fixed ASAP and every member who is experiencing problems will receive additional time on there memberships. Once again apologies and thanks for your patience.

We have plenty of space and bandwith - some settings just need to be changed before we can take advantage of it.

These problems have now been fixed. Any members who have had login problems please email at webmaster@realcouples.co.uk with your username/password and i will give you all additional time on your membership.
