Not since Your Scene's demise, I'm afraid (and that a poor rip).
You may have to trawl through Euro vid-retail sites for it, or get a mate to scour Amsterdam for it.

I've got a copy myself, but it's not for sale!
Soho's Original Bookshop had the film recently - In fact I'm heading there this evening if that's any help. E-mail me at my private address if you wish to follow this up.
Don't know the answer to your second question though.

Sounds like jj has things in hand. I too have a copy, mine
was on an R18 DVD double bill also labelled 'Videorama Vol. 11 & 12.'
It wasn't a recent purchase though, so may not be available anymore.
Don't know of any web-sites dedicated to to the girls, sorry.
