If you look on the BBFC site there are some Fiona Cooper films that have been given a certificate. so they must have caught up with him at some point. For example this one:

If avoiding R18 makes them cheaper then that's good, but it seems a little unfair on those that do pay. It seems odd that he gets away with it as Fiona Cooper must be one of the most popular adult film suppliers.

Given Fiona Cooper are one of, if not the, biggest adult DVD distributor in the UK it ought not be difficult for the authorities to place an order then once received and found not to be certified find the source and those in involved, it is hardly a garden shed operation.

I am not saying I want the company shut down but I do want them be pulled up if they do not adhere to the law regarding BBFC certification or any other aspect of business law.
