Well that really depends. If that person has come to drink beer and watch a 'live sex show', as you put it, then yes, obviously there would be a problem. If that person keeps out of the way and doesn't interfere with the shoot in any way (such people have been brought along by photographers on two or three dozen of the shoots I've been on, wives, girlfriends, colleagues and so on, and there's never been a problem) then why not.
It's not a requirement for everyone to have a positive influence on the outcome of the shoot - as long as they don't have a negative one (i.e. as long as everyone's happy with their presence) then I don't see why they shouldn't be there.
