If this whole sorry business was to have any positive outcome at all the media would be focusing on why young people (or middle aged people, or the elderly) get cancer and the sheer amount of chemicals in everyday consumer products - but they won't because it's far too challenging and poses far too many difficult questions.
Best just shed a crocodile tear, roll over and donate some more money to the corrupt drugs industry seaching for that miracle cure

Watching the London Evening News tonight, the top story was (inevitably) all about Goody. After that had gone on for ages (I hit the 'mute' button) we get the second story - about some lad who had been shot dead in south London. Good to see the media getting their priorities right and listing the stories in order of importance...

It was the main item on Channel 4 News tonight as well- a good third of the programme.

Mind you:

She was a Channel 4 discovery.

Jon Snow has begun dressing up in women's clothing recently.

Who knows.
