I know what I wrote and stick by every word. Perhaps you should read what i wrote when i said he doesnt deserve the thumps and kicks I would like to mete out...for that precise reason. Just because I feel like it doesnt mean I'm going to do it.
But if the opportunity presents itself and he still acts like a twat then I'm not going to be averse to dishing it out if I'm provoked or attacked as I will feel well within my rights to retaliate.

Unlike some people I know exactly what it is I am writing. When I'm in the wrong I will always apologise. Evidence is found within the catacombs of this very forum.

The ironic thing is Raj attacked me with a comment thinking I was white!!! Surely that tells you how stupid all this seems in itself right there. The moment he emailed me privately made it personal.
Act my age you say? I take this sort of thing very seriously as who knows where it goes from there? I'm the one under attack here and I seriously wouldnt waste police resources in dealing with this.

Absolutely pathetic.
To use a thread on racism to accuse other people of racism, and then to send racist emails to someone you'd originally thought was white---in order to have a go at blacks????????
RD obviously graduated first in his year at stupid school. For what it's worth, I reckon Terry did the right thing.
Racism---white against black or Asian; black against white or Asian; Asian against white or black; Martian against anyone---is just stupid, it's lazy, and should be eradicated from any civilised society.

Terry, you sound like a good, decent guy. Ignore this idiot. If he's bigoted and dumb, then let him live in his squalor. You've a nice partner and a child on it's way, right? You've more going for you than this prick, so sit back and laugh at him. He isn't worth it mate.
He's but a fly.

I've only seen news items and press reports...thank goodness we don't get subjected to BB down here.
I don't know if you can really differentiate between a "racist" problem or a social/cultural problem in this particular context.
It seems likely that some of the girls feel threatened by/are envious of Shilpa's looks/poise/talent and are taking it out on her.
They would probably behave in the same way to a white "posh" girl but use different language.
But I agree with your sentiments Dibble.
Which is the more depressing?
That the system spawns people like Jade (and it was for ever so) or that nowadays the same system rewards her .

I think you are well out of touch Mart, pretty sure that if Shilpa was white and of royal connections these 3 little chavettes would have taken the big gamble of trying to be at ease with the snobbery, higher being idea ... probably because it would increase their chances of never working another day just in case that knight in shining armour did come along off the back of their new "friendship".
I would also say Terry you seem a very decent chap and by all means if you track that twat down who has been mean to you kick the fucking shite out of him ... but please do not try and portray yourself as being in the position of taking anyone's dream/livelihood from them as everybody has to start somewhere ... remember uncle Ben Dover started his career "inside".
