Maybe because a lot of people that follow them didn't care to nominate them OR I suspect our awards were confused with another upcoming similar event. One of our ex members turned renegade did deliberately try to confuse this event with a similar one he is in favour of.

For the craziest minute I thought you were him but I creditted him as not being that petty to draw this out for so long. I could be wrong

Girls arent contacted to nominate themselves. The fans do that and all you have to do is follow the UKAP tweets to see girls have thanked us for the noms...Its the fans they should be thanking I manage the UKAP tweets and only inform what its members want me to put out

Its a shame we werent some industry trading standards officer because yoou seem very zealous about finding things to make us look bad. So far its only you and Vintage tog. Any other naysayers out there? !laugh!

I can name all the events in the UK but if you claim to be a fan and dont know and cant be bothered to use google then perhaps youre not really a fan after all. You follow all these girls and dont know the other upcoming awards?

I would have thought the magazine that was hosting it wouldve been widely publicised for you to know the answer to that

UKAP may not be a big industry association but we'll take their place till they get here !laugh!

I do remember a similar debate when TVX had the SHAFTA awards a while back. As a fan I think its great when there is an awards ceremony and its important that someone arranges something if only to acknowledge performers and remind the world that there is an industry in the UK.

It can be a bit confusing when there are three different organisations laying on an event though. On one girls twitter feed she was noninated for an award and she didn't know until Monday and didn't know whether to go to UKAP or Paul Raymond's Awards.

I'm also disappointed that I missed the chance to nominate my favourite scenes and performers but I will just have to keep my ear closer to the ground for next year.

I just want to say since I have been mentioned, I have entered a years in a row, with the view you gotta least try and get nominated and be in it to win it , which most years I do get nominated and thats nice too , but I have never won an award before, so your assumption is wrong in that case.

Just thought id mention as im named in this post, i didnt know i was nominated , im not a member of ukap and in the 3 years ive been doing this ive never been to a award party and ive never won anything. I found out i was nominated when i looked at this post on monday 7th and a far as i know voting was closed on 4th october!

Anna is great but Jessica Jensen? Seriously? There must be 20 girls over here even still now who are better?
