"I am really disappointed with this site. Having paid a month's subscription I find that the site will not allow me to download. When I click on download I get taken back to the page requesting credit card details. It's the same with both Firefox and IE. The support link at the bottom of the intro page does not work. I have e-mailed the site but no acknowledgement has been received. They've taken my money, however, as I've had a confirmation e-mail from the billing agent. I just wonder if the site has been put together too quickly as it clearly has some gremlins."

Help us with this 'Cyril'. You have posted 3 times on BGAFD to date.
No support emails have been received by the site since it went live.

The downloads for all scenes have been tested on every platform for 6 weeks prior to launch by an independent web audit company.

Which Scene failed to download on all platforms of Realplayer, WindowsMedia and Quicktime ?

BobbyDuke has given you a further email address to write to: he has not received an answer.

On previous occasions with the old site, we had people posting False Complaints on here. So - please help us to identify you as a genuine correspondent.

Hiwatt- thanks for your message.

When I first joined the site worked OK. I have downloaded Realplayer and it worked OK with it.
Then from 5 March it started going wrong. I enter my log in details and to begin with get taken to the Library page. However, when I choose a movie or an actress from the pull down menu the small pictures come up but when I click 'download' I get the Instant Credit Card Window - every time, every scene, every movie. Nightmare!
I have noticed that on the Library page the big yellow link 'Become a Member' is still there, don't ask me why!
I have e-mailed enquiries@bluebirdfilms.usa.com but it was bounced back to my in box! I have now sent a support message via the box on the website and e-mailed your Billing Agent which I hope will bring a response. I do not want to put my log in details here on a public forum.

I'm not badmouthing at all - just stating a fact. And you asked for opinions.

Hi Cyril.
Your problem has been resolved. It was simple. All that needed to be done was hit 'refresh' or the Library button when you downloaded a new scene to the Library.

That process is now automated so you don't even have to do that.

All the Scenes are there for you to enjoy.

Thanks

Many thanks Hiwatt. I've been on the site and it is working fine. I've sent a e-mail of thanks to your 'enquiries' address. All the best, Cyril.
