After we left Fayes at about 12pm we headed back to manchester stopped off at a KFC got into Cheshire at about 5 or 6pm then drove 30 miles to the far side of manchester, and went and did Kareoki in a bar until 1am before heading homw early hours monday morning

well ive gone one week without booze now !!!! and ive lost half a stone !!!! proves how much i was overdoing it !!!! im gonna see if i can go another week !!!! even the smell of wine makes me feel ill still at the moment !!!!
