Im sorry to hear you have lost your job i no you loved it babes, also sorry to post this but you do no dont you that there is no more sport? all shifts have been canx since thursday as its sold to bluebird.

Daz, I don't know if your read my earlier posts to Jo but I am supportive of her situation. As a former employer I have given Jo relevant information as to her position and I even suggested she gets even with the " friends " that ratted on her by saying that they must watch porn to know her so there are double standards being applied in this case.
My main concern for Jo right now is that Bluebird have have taken over the Sport TV channels and it looks like a lot of the girls and not just Jo may be surplus to requirement. I just hope that they can pick some more work up from somewhere to pay their bills.

Sorry to hear this story..
I know one, very well known adult mature model who was sacked for her 'out of work modelling' activities 3 years ago even though all the modelling work was under an alias, predominantly on 'paid sites' and all solo girl stills/video stuff that you'd find on the top-shelf (no b/g or hardcore stuff).. And all this was done under an alter-ego as a fictional 'super-market store worker' totally anonymous (she thought) from her real job/real life... unfortunately the company, a major factory in the Midlands not even remotely related to supermarkets decided to suspend and sack her once several of the guys in the workshops start decorating their lockers with her magazine photos..
The Union fought hard for reinstatement and unfair dismissal but ultimately the HR Director concocted evidence from 'workers' (female obviously) who said that because of her out-of-work activities being 'morally repugnant' they could no longer work with said model..
Two solicitors in Nottingham wouldn't take the case.. the best one of them could say was that there might be at best a 50/50 chance of re-instatement but you would be up-against it if there was fellow employee statements (truthful or not)..
In the end after a very difficulty time she moved on, got a better job and now works for a much better and bigger company and mainly with women.. and she still models too (one of her Viv Thomas films was on the Sky Playboy Channel last month)
Not sure this helps but I suppose the moral is.. don't believe the 'hype' about 'sue the pants of them for unfair dismissal' there is that 'catch-all' statement of irrevocable breakdown of working relations which can be used against you..
