I received this email today i offered to remove Pinkniles profile but no they wont reinstate anyone know of similar sites please ?

Hi, sorry, it's a shame to lose you on the model side but you are involved in organised model promotion as well, we can't see the two as separate. You've made yourself a competitor and it's just not in our interests to let you continue now we are re-defining GF. GF is just not designed to cope with people playing both sides. Something we are looking into in the site re-write. I expect you will get paid work through your own agency and probably profiles on other sites I imagine. Sorry, but there it is and good luck all the same. Regards, MarkGlamourFinder Suppport Teamhttp://glamourfinder.com

I was wondering only the other day if anything else had happened regarding people leaving that site.

Either theres a bigger grand plan in store for that site which we dont know about yet or somthing else?

I think I have this sussed now, though I didn't see what was happening when I started the thread.

GlamourFinder would not be sensitive about removing escort listings, unconventional models and agencies unless it were about to start charging models and acting as an agency itself.

So phase two of the "sexist cleansing" ("ageist cleansing"/"sizeist cleansing") will be the introduction of listing fees.

Good. That should shut it down altogether :-)

While the reasoning for most of new restrictions does not seem sensible the bottom line is like any site those running GF set their rules & terms for membership and currently it is a free site so there is not the opportunity for influence by not renewing subscriptions.

We can not change the site, what is needed desperately now is an alternative that accepts profiles by both professionals and amateurs with the openness that GF had until the recent changes. Free of course would be great but ?10-15 a year would be reasonable and weed out timewasters like those who put a profile on net-model etc but then never log in to read and respond to messages.

I particularly do not understand the restrictions for new models. If someone is only looking for models up to say age 35 or waist 30" they can set these limits in their search criteria.

To me the biggest search omission is not being able to search by area. The only way is to enter a county at a time as a keyword and then it depends how the model has entered their location.

Hi Nob3y,

You hit the nail bang on the head. Totally agree with you.

Seen it happen before on loads of site that think they can suddenly think they will make money. Trouble is there will always be 5 sites that spring up to replace one that charges. Has happened before. The old policy 'so we have all these people coming to our site and are highly rated in google.. lets take advantage of it now and make a financial return'.

Only trouble is they were only rated highly because they allowed 'all services' on their site and were free and easy to use NOT because of their design and easy search facilities. Glamourfinder will find they are dead in the water in 6 months tops.

Maybe someone else has bought them to cause this to happen... Huuum...not naming names but it has happened before in the world of e-commerce.

Oh well let's see what happens to them...maybe I will be eating my hat and signing up again then.

AIR should meet your needs for models, and AW for escorts.

Its a shame GF have done what they have as it was the only site that catered for everything e.g. models, escorts, swingers, film makers, photographers.
The different niches meant loads of people would be looking through the site so traffic was good, we advertise our film making on loads of escort sites as these get more hits than any other sites on the net so why mend something thats not broken.
AW is a good site but unless you are well known or advertise non-stop its to big for that personal touch, as a large percentage of models escort it will also leave these looking over their shoulder for the anti-escort squad who think the two shouldn't mix.
GF is/was a one off & it will leave a big hole for a site of similar mode so web masters get working.
