If you don't have a very big budget start off with amateur models, have a look on adult work has there are lots of models on there that won't break the bank. Its not only production but how to get your finished film footage out to the public, remember if your thinking of releasing it on DVD you have to think about the BBFC fee's. If you are looking for anyone to author or edit your work try Brother Blue as he is cheap but one of the best editors/authorers in the industry at the moment, he also designs web-sites/download sites etc at very good prices http://www.brothersblue.com
Try http://adultwork.co.uk as i said for models as this is the best place to start, have fun but don't overspend on your budget.
