Yes, there are strong parallels including a current PM up the US Pressie's arse.
It's heavy going viewing it in 2 sessions over 2 evenings. The DVD does give the choice of opting for watching each episode but the default is 3 + 3.
Dibble won't approve, there is a certain amount of Burberry in evidence....lol
The Harrod's equipped underground bunker is really spooky and the ending couldn't be bettered.
As to a new movie version.... well it had better be good.
