WOW that killed that thread then lol, have you all been barred from discussing the "Ben Dover/Golden Eye International" situations?

Just as I join it all goes quiet, thats what usually happens RT, shouldnt happen here!

Given the anti Ben Dover comments going on here its a bit like ATVOD where all the producers bury their head in the sand and hope ATVOD will just fly by and ignore them LOL

Maybe all the freelaoders trashing Ben Dover here are doing the same thing...If they join in it will draw attention to them or something !laugh!

Its weird I know

OEJ , Shame instead of attacking and bullying anyone who dares to question bendovers motives you don't show some support for Hickster, who is an innocent vicim of this scam.

@OneEyedJack

I have no idea who ATVOD is, and I have NEVER seen a Ben Dover film, (The idea of a 50 something in a pornfilm does nothing for me) I am only interested in the truth, and as I have said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.

GEIL are using Alireza Torabi as the Data Monitor and Clem Vogler as the "Expert Witness", even ACS:LAW had isses with both of them!

@little juan

I was an ACS:LAW victim, I have spoen to those accused by Davenport Lyons and Tilly Bailey Irvine and also Gallant Macmillan, ALL of them used the same people, it is the same scam with largely the same people.

Why Ben DOver or Julian Becker dont come on here to argue their case I dont know, well I do lol, but you get my point!

Little Juan,

You should really check yourself, your tone and attitude on this thread alone then ask yourself who comes across as the bully and the attacker. You? Or me?

Those who know me know I am nothing less than about peace and love. I don't go bullying anyone and I simply find your accusation that I am offensive.

I'm sure Hickster is big enough to tell me this himself if I am speaking out of turn.

Not only do you mince my words but you are trying to portray me as something I am not

Well I have to say you can be very tiresome with your empathy and understanding of my point of view, your seemingly endless patience in replying to me and your openmindedness to the issues I raise, can be very irritating.... Not :-)

I thank you for your level headedness!

@Little Juan

I really do not want to start a flamewar over all this, and I realise I arrive on this forum, fairly uninvited, however I must say I have not received the criticism I thought I would, I thank you all for you tolerance in allowing me to put my views accross.

I have no real issue with Ben Dovers work, I understand he evokes anger and love in equal measure, however what he is doing with these lawsuits I DO take issue. Their is one moral argument for the exploitation of females in porn which I will leave to others to discuss, but when it comes to targetting potentially innocent people with a KNOW faulty process, then I will speak out and speak out LOUD, I think we at least share that point. OEJ, I believe also recognises that innocent people should not be targetted, but is in a duality with the protection of "Intellectual property" and how best to defend it. I can understand his concerns on this as well!

To all of you thanks again!

Thanks you for your understanding. Contrary to popular belief there are some of us who havent lost sight of knowing what right and wrong is. Ive made my feelings known on piracy for along while and its comments that justify the right to dowbload at the expense of copyright infringement that has forged my stance on the topic.

People who actively download everything have lost sight of the fact that if everyone is doing it then how is the investorf that media making a return on it. Its not the original perosn they ar eputting out of pocket but the business of producing, the people behind it, even the delivery guy because wihtout money everyone ends up out of work.

Take a look around people but too many people are dumb or selfish to recognise that. Thats fine too but when a man decides to use this same method to fight back everyone is up in arms. You bet i'm in duality on this topic and comments from Little Juan dont help at all.

Its very patronising to say "you don't show some support for Hickster" as if I havent got a mind of my own then make me out to be the bad guy with accusations of "bullying and attacking"

Tut tut to that man

@one eyed jack

I hear your heart on this matter, however as you are well aware I do not believe it is the right way to do things. If GEIL/BDP wanted to actually combat piracy as they refer to it, they should look at places like xxxhamster that is actually streaming their films, yes iy you really wanted to watch the film they are claiming money for, even that is on there to be viewed, THAT is who they should be targetting NOT O2 customers.

I have to say it will be VERY interesting to see what the other ISPs do if approached. SKY and BT especially got their hands burnt over the ACS:LAW debacle, but then so did O2 and O2 have done the same thing, in court they were only interested in how this would affect them, once they had negotiated a price for the IP disclosure, led one of the people to state,"They acted in a wholly disgraceful manner"

I hope it leads to people leaving them and joining a nice ISP like PlusNet lol!
