They are quite obviously a scam company seriously do not fall for what these guys tell you. I filmed 1 crappy 'trailer' with them in their office. They do not even have a real studio, all the images from their websites look fake.
Also I didn't even get a copy back of what I filmed, wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me for the DVD of it also!

I would just like to say thank you for all your comments on this page reference up4ituk or amateurstudios or whatever these lying, thieving c***ts are called! I would like to add how sorry I am for everyone on here who has been scammed out of money dealing with these people. I myself have tried a few companies over the years and have been conned and scammed out of money so I know the stress, the embarrasment it can cause. So when I came across these guys I at first thought they were the real deal. I haven't contacted them as I got suspicious about the claim of 'earning royalties' from showing your porn films in hotels. Yeah right!! And there is a photo of woman on the web site who is a foreign porn director (I copied the image and googled it) so is clearly not associated with amateur studios, along with an image of a converted barn which again when I copied and googled the image, is some place in Essex which is completely unrelated to the studio that is advertised. How these guys are still advertising is beyond me. So after assessing all these comments I will definately steer well clear of these guys. I mean, for goodness sake, are there no genuine companies prepared to audition amateur men....

In October of 2016, I was successfully accepted to apply for a position as an amateur porn actor. I received an A4 sheet of paper with the following lines:

This is your opportunity to become an adult movie star.

We are sending you this letter in response to your earlier application to take part on set of our movies. Our computer select people by random from hundreds of applicants and as you are included in the recent selection we would like to extend to you the opportunity to work as an extra on set.

This means that you will be expected to engage in some live sex and in some instances you may be called on as a reserve if one of our film performers is unavailable.

If you are interested in taking up this opportunity, you will have to follow standard procedures like all of our film performers. This means that you will be expected to undergo STD checks and provide us with a copy of your certificates before you are scheduled to work. You will also be expected to visit the studio for an interview and 30-40 minutes live video clip shoot.

In addition "you will be expected to pay a deposit of ?129" which can be refunded.

You will receive a full participation fee and this will be discussed with you when you come to the studio.

Between November 2016 and March 2017, emails went back and forth between myself and Andreia, trying to arrange a date for the Promo.

I am afraid you already confirmed the Promo Shoot for this Friday and I only booked the performer for Friday because since the beginning of your application that you request a Friday for your Promo Shoot day, I was trying to find another performer to replace you and I was not able to due too short notice, because we gave you a date for the service (which you confirmed) and them you withdraw so for that reason your deposit was lost, we book the performer, Videograper and Studio and we wast time and resources for that.

Hopefully anyone else who has who might be considering using them will see what's happened to you and other people and steer well clear. Hi, sorry to ressurect an old topic but just want to say thanks for you guys for helping me to avoid this scam recently. It seemed too good to be true, and it was.

What is the reality here though? Is it a scam in terms of they take your money and you never hear from them again, or they just don't get you any work?

I applied via fetishlandproductions.com because I liked the idea of not actually having to have intercourse (as I don't know if I'm ready for that yet), so its really annoying they turned out to be scammers.

Can anyone reccomend any alternatives in London for this sort of thing, as unfortunately google doesn't bring up much.

Never understand how people use this forum get caught out by scams when all they have to ask is the right people who have been established for years who have connections you can meet in person at events

Check out calendar for workshop events and chance to work in the industry with known names in the business.

Plus theres loads going on including UK industry news, events and podcasts with porn stars and industry services aplenty
