I think the clinic needs to issue a statement so we know the facts

If she tested positive in January , then went on to do a lot more work , there are serious legal implications here. The performer in question could be looking at a long time at her majesty's pleasure......and quite rightly so. Thankfully it looks like a bullet has been dodged.

If so the performers reputation is in tatters . I'm not on twitter so can't see what she's saying.

Is it common knowledge yet who this person is? If so I think people need to know the truth about the tests as it still puts the entire industry at risk!

If anyone knows for certain who it is could you please email me!?

As I expected messages deleted... this really is the craziest situation I ever seen, only in the UK right lol...

So we know it's a female... but we're not allowed to say which female... why ?

We are told her first test which said she was HIV was done in January... but no one can confirm or deny that...

If it was January why was nothing said till April, and did the model continue to do/seek boy girl work whilst having a test which suggested she had HIV ?

If there was a mistake by the clinic surely they are liable in some way ?

And sorry just to be extra contriversial... but who exactly is "AITA" who apppointed them, who is it made up of ect ? I'm not trying to suggest they are not in a position to govern this situation, but just as another person posted until this incident I hadn't heard of them...

Ok my bad,I didnt know there was a ban on saying her name !!

Goto twitter and search you will find if you really want.

Like I said before we need the climic or hospital come come out with a proper statement.

Then once everybodys been re-tested we can all calm down and re-assess the situation with clear heads

I assume the clinic is NHS, in which case it won't admit publicly that any mistakes were made- it can't

I'm a little concerned that this clinic is "talking" to AITA (as mentioned in other posts) or anyone, doesn't this break so many laws regarding patient confidentiallity?

I know if it was my clinic and they discussed my details with anyone I would not be happy

Even if the patient has given permission to discuss it- it has to go through their governence department in writing and trust me here (cos this is my day job) that does not take 2 or 3 days
