I myself wouldn't get them but I think they can look fab on some girls. I think generally it is a NO for me though.

However, I have seen some very real looking ones and I also think that sometimes fake boobs are more appropriate for certain "looks".

I feel that all plastic surgery should not be so readily available to be honest as it is a very dangerous operation to undertake purely for cosmetic reasons.
I think that people need to see WHY they are getting fake boobs as im sure a lot of the reason is because they are not completely happy with themselves. If this is the case, shouldn't someone be helping them feel comfortable with their bodies rather than having silicone inserted into their breasts?

On a DVD I was watching the girl was lying on her back and her implants looked like someone had taken a ball, cut it in half and stuck each half to her ribcage.
The shape was nothing like any natural breast, they were too far apart and they hardly moved.

I do sympathise with girls whose breasts are small or poorly formed and feel sorry for them if after spending thousands of pounds they don't end up with a natural shape.

Natural tits look best but some girls carry off fake tits well. You need a voluptuous figure for it. But these girls usually have nice natural tits anyway.

Nothing looks worse than a Skinny girl with implants. The skin is too tight and pushes the implant flat. Looks terrible in my opinion.
