Yes it does appear that you stand alone here Terry, shouldnt that not tell you something about UKAP why have none of the other producers come to your aid.

Terry devotes a lot of his time and energy to UKAP - as do a lot of others.
Surely they are not to be taken to task for this!
Their efforts are admirable in intention and even a small amount of progress is better than none. I feel that they should be encouraged, not criticised - every little helps.

Terry, if you'd like me to attend then I'd be more than prepared to... but in what capacity would you like me there?

I do agree, Mr Allen... but you can encourage through constructive criticism and in general I believe that is the ethos of this thread - CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. All the parties that have contributed seem to have done so in an effort to get UKAP to look at how it is established - i.e. more transparency and widening access.

Hi Jim

I must agree with you jim this secret society close to resembling the freemasons Have seemed to have freeze me out after a succesful audition in 2006 being my only crime being asking for ?150 per scene and a copy of this for my own personal pleasure. After all what the point in doing a porno if you cannnot see it yourself.

I know very little about this business so can you tell me if UKAP and walpole are connected as I registersed my profile online with these people and never ever received a response even after various phone calls .

The current auditions that have once again been cancelled are a joke as when I auditioned jay a tas were well impressed . I urge wananbe porn star reading this thread to think twice about ever paying for a audition . again I dont anything about this biz but I would guess that the producers are making the real dosh in out of this !

Graham 46: What secret society are you talking about??? If you dont know its members you can easily go over to the site and find out if you want to. How can you purport we are a secret society from a password protected section for members?

Ive expalined to you before that UKAP had nothing to do with auditions in 2006.

If you did it with members of UKAP thats a different matter entirely. it wasnt officially a UKAP event.

Planeterotica:

I explained in one of my threads why producers dont come here. For the same reason I am defending my corner a lot of producer think it is just time wasting (they maybe right) but a sensible question asked should be sensibly answered and the thread is here. Not there

As ive said, this night have been answered bu toehr producers if it was on the producers forum..then again, maybe not. LOL

I just dont think UKAP needs to justify why it has a seperate forum for its members. From my understanding so far, most people who accuse it of being a secret society are the same said people who are not producers anyway so I would be unconvinced why they would care much for producers issues anyway.

If you think we are elitists and you are a producer then why not join up and find out for yourself? We have welcomed many producers who have taken time to come to the meetings and most, if not all fully understand why we do things the way we do.

Donkeywork:

I've taken a look at your site in your profile and it appears that you are not a producer.

I'm not sure how even if you had access to the producers forum what it would mean to you. Nothing I guess which renders moot any need for transparency with anyone other than producers really.

Donkeywork: To further add. i dont see you as a producer who hires models to do shoots, running apay site for members etc.

I'm not sure what to make of you. Would you care to elaborate as to what it is you do why you feel it is necessary for UKAPs producers forum to be transparent to you?

All I hear are blind reasons to open it up to the public but for what reason exactly?

Is it because everyone thinks all the juiciest gossip is happening within that forum? That we are constantly slagging off Blue Bird is it? It has to be something so salacious otherwise why would you care?

Anything that is of any importance is in the general area. In fact this thread is really lively compared to what we talk about and this forum is transparent.

ha ha that is funny. Ive said it before, the stuff we keep in touch about is usally the stuff that would bore you to tears,

In fact you guys are giving us more credit than we deserve and making us out to be something we are not.
