Sending unwanted emails constantly is against AOL's conditions of service and would result in his account being terminated. As I say, they need the proof

There is a good faq here that explains what would be illegal in email ... particularly the section "Offensive E-Mails: Harassment" - then it would be a matter for the police, but it's not always easy to get them to take action. All mails should be kept, even though the first thing you may want to do is delete them.

Hi Neil AOL do have the proof and they know this persons history from previous complaints made about himin the past they admitted this on the telephone to me and told me has had a last warning. In my opinion this person should have his account closed straight away but aol did nothing.

send any emails to jayme-exposed@hotmail.co.uk and i can advise you on what info i have from a nice bloke at the news of the world.....

he wanted to run the story but as i was going through a difficult time and due to conflict of interests with my true profession he decided it was not in my best interests to pubically expose this man as i would suffer as a consequence but he got me his address, name and stacks of other details.... we thought about confronting him but decided this was too dangerous ... so we let him know we knew his where abouts etc and if need be the appropriate authorities would be made aware of this man if he carried on..... looks like he is still conning models out there... this guy has done his research and pulls every trick in the book possible to make his company appear real... his references are false... he is simply NOT NICE!!!!! and needs to be stopped NOW! people like this give the industry a bad name and always remember don't trust no-one, look out for yourself and please all of you stay safe!

AOL can trace him at any time through his credit card details and even if that card is no longer valid could trace him back to that address.

The problem is that AOL are bound by the Data Protection Act and I believe can't give out such details unless it becomes a police matter.

I had a similar thing a couple of years a go with my missus. She worked in a pub and hand her hand bag nicked whilst working. It had her phone, business cards etc etc.

Anyway she then got bombarded with sick emails and calls to our landline from some weirdo who had obviously stolen the hand bag. Freeserve did jack shit about it. The old bill nothing also. So I got a Private Dick to trace him for me and he did so by his IP address and I presume some contacts in other places.

It cost me ?75 but that's how we got his address and that's how we got it to stop.
