Fair enough. I'll help myself from my local butcher without paying; get the garage to service my car gratis; just help myself to delivered pizzas without bothering to pay.

Those things you mention have a sense of shame attached to them, and there's a stigma attached if you're caught. Although this is not the case with d/l movies/music - those singled out for action are just thought of as unlucky.

More a case out of sight out of mind as highlighted in a recent forum discussion all be it about music piracy


If your going to blame anybody blame the makers of the software that allows 'MASS SHARING'.Alas the courts dont agree which is why the industries are coming after the end user

If you can talk yourself into believeing that its Mass Sharing and not Stealing
then its easy to see why many give in to the temptation
